Choose Business

Starter, Pro and Business can be tried for free once per organisation, in one of two ways: 14 days on your first subscription, with a card and automatic renewal unless you cancel, or 15 days without a card, with a watermark on the PDFs, started in the app from Settings → Plan.

How it's counted

›A signed document counts once, however many people sign it.
›Signed documents over quota: €0.40 each. PDFs over quota: €0.03 on Starter, €0.02 on Pro, €0.01 on Business.
›With annual billing you pay for 10 months and use 12. Included volumes reset every month; extras add up over the year and are charged at the annual renewal.
›Users are the colleagues who sign in to the dashboard with their own account. Customers who fill in and sign from a link or a QR code aren't users: they need no account and you don't pay for them.
›We email you when you reach 80% and 100% of the included quota.
›Before retention deletes signed documents we email you; the owner or an administrator can export them as a ZIP, with their attachments and consent documents.

Buying questions

Who can buy?: Paid plans are for businesses and professionals and require a VAT number. The Free plan doesn't, but it is also meant for professional use only (art. 1.4 of the Terms).
How does the free trial work?: Your organisation's first paid subscription starts with a 14-day free trial, with no charge during that period. The payment page asks for a card: cancel within the 14 days and you pay nothing, otherwise the subscription renews automatically every month or every year. The trial doesn't repeat: if the organisation already had a subscription, or either of the two trials (with or without a card), the first charge is immediate.
Can I try a paid plan without a card?: Yes, once per organisation. After signing up, the owner or an administrator starts 15 days of the chosen plan from Settings → Plan, without a card. PDFs carry a watermark and the included quota becomes a hard limit, with no extras. At the end, or if you subscribe earlier, the fills, bulk runs, links and attachments created during the trial are deleted; templates stay. The two trials are alternatives: after the no-card one, the subscription is charged straight away, without the 14 days.
How does billing work?: At checkout you enter your billing details (company name, VAT number, SdI recipient code or PEC) together with your payment details. 22% VAT is added to the prices.
How do I cancel?: Anytime, from Settings → Plan in the app. The plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then you're back on Free. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing.
Can I cap what I spend on extras?: Yes. In Settings → Plan you can set a monthly cap on generated PDFs, including those in your plan: past that number new fills are refused, through the API and links too. The cap covers PDFs only: signed documents over quota (€0.40 each) are not blocked. It is off by default.
